Tiffany's First House
Our daughter, Tiffany, just turned 22. She has an excellent career and is buying her first house while the interest rates are down. She decided to purchase a home in Las Vegas because much of our family lives there and because houses are still affordable in Las Vegas compared to Southern California where we live. Luckily, we can drive there in only four hours to visit her.

Since Tiffany's house is still being built, the pictures below are of the model home. She should be able to move in around October, 2003. Her model, called "Spring", is in the Ridge Court development by Richmond-American Homes. The house prices in new phases keep going up while hers is being built. Tiffany will have gained about $15,000 in equity by the time she moves in!

The houses of Ridge Court are arranged in "Courtyard Groupings" of 4 houses each. The courtyards are a nice area for neighborhood children to play off the street.
